Rental of a beautiful and convenient holiday home with pool near Nice in the south of France
The terrace and pool area is located right next to the house. The pool is 11 x 5½ meters with a shallow area of wide steps which is well suited for smaller children. In the evening light can be lit in the pool. It is serviced weekly by a professional pool keeper, and it is open all year.
There are two large covered terraces outside the living room and outside the kitchen, and there is terrace furniture for both.
The pool is located in the middle of a 140 m2 terrace equipped with 8 sunbeds. There is unobstructed sunshine all day. However, shade can always be found under the trees.
In addition a cosy barbeque area with a gas grill has its own terrace with a table made from an old olive mill stone.
When sitting on the covered terraces in the evening one has a fantastic view of the lights at the coastline and Nice.
There is no annoying noise from roads, no views to ugly buildings, or any other bothersome external items.
The house is 160 m2 and was built in 1980 with high quality materials.
At the ground floor you will have:
- Large 40 m2 living- and dining room with a fire place and two terrace doors.
- Dining table for 10-12 persons.
- 2 sofas and coffee table.
- 13 m2 kitchen, open to the living room, with its own terrace door.
- Two bedrooms each 14 m2 and each with two 85×200 cm beds, (which are normally placed as one double bed).

- Bath room with sink, bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet.

The property
The plot is 2000 m2 with olive-, lemon-, oak-, and pine trees. It is located on the top of a shoulder shaped hill with a completely free view in three directions, north, east, and south.
There is only one neighbour house, and this is located so much lower, that one does not see it. The property is totally secluded since nobody can look in form the road or from neighbour’s properties.
One can park right in front of the front door, and there are parking spaces for 4 cars in total on the property. Entrance ways are very fine. There are no steep or winding entrance roads.
